Professional Recovery Services was contracted to oversee and manage the Demolition, Asset Recovery, and Metal Management of the SCA Tissue Plant in Alsip, IL. We were tasked to create the Scope of Work, Bid Documents, Contracts, Safety, Scheduling, and overseeing all Scrap Metal removals, Weights, and sales of all Assets.
