Terms & Conditions


1.) Purchaser acknowledges that they are aware that the merchandise was acquired as a result of a fire, water damage, some other form of casualty, abandonment, or liquidation. Accordingly, all product is offered, As Is, Where Is, all faults lying, free and clear of all burdens.

2.) The product available for sale will be awarded to the highest bidder. However, the seller and/or our principals reserve the right to reject any and all bids.

3.) Once the highest bidder is notified of their successful bid, payment is required within a two (2) business day period, unless arrangements are made otherwise. Payment must be sent in the form of a wire transfer or cashier‚ check only, payable to Professional Recovery Services, Inc. for the entire amount of the successful bid. Professional Recovery Services, Inc. must receive payment prior to any release of product.

4.) Any and all expenses and/or charges incurred by the material after the bid acceptance shall become the account of the successful bidder.

5.) Seller has indicated the general condition of the cargo as guidance only. We make no warranty as to the actual condition of the product.

6.) Unless otherwise stated, all offers are made on a sealed bid basis with the terms of the sale, As Is, Where Is, All Faults Lying‚ all warranties of fitness excluded. The successful bidder will hold harmless Professional Recovery Services, Inc., Cargo Underwriters, Manufacturer, and Importers from any and all claims arising from the purchase of the product.
